  Last night I was craving some quality Chinese food, that wouldn't make me feel sick in the morning. Unfamiliar with the Bronxville area I decided to look on Yelp.
  
  The first to pop up was Ho Ho's, which, if your familiar, is not what I'm looking for when I say 'quality.' I ended up ordering from New China Restaurant due to the ratings it had gotten on Yelp. I was pleased to find that it was exactly what I was looking for.  Not only was the General Tso Chicken hot and crispy, but the staff was polite in taking my order and delivering my food.
  
  The Chicken Lo Mein was nothing special, but unlike its counter part, Ho Ho's, the noodles weren't slathered in grease or too thick to even be called Lo Mein.
  
  All and all New China Restaurant was a good eating experience where the perceived quality I was looking for was found. As for Ho Ho's I hope to never see another greasy noodle or soggy piece of chicken from them again.

  Not the best Chinese take out in the area, but adequate enough to get what you need.
  
  I used to work near this place, so out of pure convenience only, I would order from here at least once a week. Sometimes their food would taste ok, sometimes not. I'm used to the much superior Golden Dragon about 2 miles up the block, so maybe I was spoiled with that.
  
  I would always try to order the wanton soup for example, and the last few times the broth tasted like dirty tap water. This would happen more times than not and I assumed this happened because of different employees working, but a little consistency would be nice. It wasn't just the soup either - at any given time something that once tasted almost good would taste sub-par the next time I ordered it. Finally I had enough and refused to order from here anymore.
  
  This is not a slight against some of the people who work there. Everyone was usually always friendly to me each and every time I would go inside and/or get a delivery. The service was never the issue and employees being friendly is always a plus with any business.
  
  The issue was the inconsistency of the food. Once, twice is understandable......but by the time I had stopped getting food from here it was nearly all the time and I wasn't willing to pay for something that was going to taste like crap.
  
  It's been a few years now, so perhaps things have changed  - perhaps not. I'm not willing to find out.

  Used to be the best. Now it's awful. RIP new China.
  
  All the options are different. The meat is cheaper. The portions are smaller.

  This is my #1 local chinese spot. They are family run and the owner know me, my family and my job well for all the ordering that we do.  
  
  I have tried their...
  *Chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce- my favorite dish- A+
  *House LoMein- Second favorite- A
  *Beef and broccoli with brown sauce- A-
  *Boneless spare ribs- B+
  *Chicken wings- B
  *Pan fried dumplings- A
  *Steamed dumplings- B+
  *Porked fried rice- A+
  
  I do recommend you pick up the order though, it's faster than delivery, especially on busy nights.

  Best Chinese food I've tasted in the Westchester Area!!  Food came on time, delivery person was pleasant but the FOOD -Amazing!
  
  I ordered pork fried rice with half chicken and dumplings.  Food looked and tasted delicious...  Would've provided a picture but ate the food so fast :/
  
  Hard finding a good Chinese spot in this area, 1st time tried it thought it was average. I was looking to experiment other locations and with the negative reviews -who blames me, "Big Mistake"!
  
  Hands down, you get yours!!!!
